At NOVARA , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you change your mind, you have 30 days from receipt to return your item.


Return conditions

  • The item must be new, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

  • The original labels and packaging must be intact.

  • Any item showing signs of use or deterioration will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is received.


Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at support@try-novara.com by specifying your order number.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

  3. Once the item has been received and checked, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method .

  • The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.


Ineligible items

  • Worn, washed or damaged items.

  • Items purchased on special promotion or sale (except for proven manufacturing defects).
